Monday - Thursday: $190.00 per night
Weekends - 2 nights minimum $450.00
When available a single Saturday night $250.00
Single Saturdays subject to availability and owner's discretion
Sunday - $250 per night

Breakfast Hamper available upon request at additional charge of $15 per person per day and includes:
Bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, orange juice, bread, a selection of individually boxed cereals, a selection of jams and spreads, butter...... Please note: For individual dietary requirements, please ask
Check in 3.00 pm, Check out 12.00 pm
Two day minimum weekends. Minimum three day stay requested on Long Weekends, and Public Holidays including Melbourne Cup weekend and Easter. Specials are not applicable on Long weekends and Public Holidays.
If cancellation is made within 14 days of the first night of the booking full payment is required, unless the cottage is subsequently fully booked, then the amount paid will be refunded less a $30 administration fee. Failure to arrive the full tariff is payable.
